Pirate Penelope

Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides is finally out in Japan!

I'm not a big fan of Disney movies but Pirates of Caribbean is special. Can't wait to see it!

Of course, I'm excited for the story itself but also looking forward to seeing pirate Penelope Cruz.
She is just GORGEOUS!!!! beautiful, sexy, charming... There are so many words to describe her.
Just in case, I'm straight.lol But yes she is very beautiful. Anyways, I'm excited to see how she plays.

I'll post my impression about the movie after I watch it!

Brown Sugar

Brown Sugar, one of my most favorite movies.

The story is about a man and a woman who have grown up together and about HIP HOP. This HIP HOP element of course made me love this movie but there's one more element.

That is Mos Def!!!! Yep he's in the movie and raps for it.
He's one of my most most favorite rappers. I love his music but other than that, I love his look! He's so cute!!!! The cutest rapper ever to me! Also, his style is so cool. His outfits are always nice. Oh lord, can't stop loving him!

Shibuya Craziness

omg the last weekend was just SOOOOOOO much fun!!!!!

first, i shopped clothes for the first time in like 1 month. i was so stressed out by not getting new clothes so it was totally fulfilled me... i love u Forever21!

second, i had a HUGE reunion with dancer friends and we all drank all night long! it's been more than 5 years to get together so it was CRAZILY fun!

the place helped us too. Shibuya, the most energetic place in tokyo, the place never sleeps.
anyways, it was like the best night ever! i love my ppl!!!

third, i FINALLY listened Beastie's new album. it's AWESOME. unfair. they are way too cool. my most favorite one from the album is Too Many Rappers ft. Nas. Nas is one of my most favorite rappers so when i saw the title, i was like "seriously?! u gotta be kidding me!! it's the best combination!!" and they never let me down. kool!!!




so yeah, i was surrounded by loves this weekend and felt so happy. i appreciate that i have these friends in my life and music.

Purple Rain

purple is definitely my color. it always inspires me and relaxes me. moreover, when i wear purple, i feel so confident of being a woman. so a lot of things around me is purple. rug, underwear, dress, t-shirts, eyeshadow, nail polish...


well actually, what i wanna say is not that. a famous japanese model killed herself this morning. i'm not a big fan of her but i was so shocked and sad because she was same age as me. only 24! what made her do so? she should have had the bright future... it just hurts my feelings so bad...
TV says she was distressed by the relationship btwn her and her bf. nobody knows what exactly happened to them but she must have felt so much pain. sad...
it was pouring like her heart all day today. when i went out for work and saw the rain, i thought i would dedicate this song to her. it's not like she was too weak to live. i believe she was brave to die... hope she's released from pain now and rests in peace.

Smells Like Joy

I love fragrance and perfumes. When I smell my favorite one, I feel so happy.
The last 2 pictures show my recent favorite ones mostly from Victoria's Secret cuz i miss the states so much.lol　Anyways, I put fragrance everwhere!! At the entrance, bathroom, living room, and beside bed. And sometimes I burn incense.

Do u know that smell is the strongest memory of the ones you feel with the 5 senses? Have u ever experienced, the perfume of someone passing by u reminded u of ur ex?
I still clearly remember what perfume my ex bf was wearing when we were together. When I smell that perfume, a flash back happens. Interesting, isn't it?

The first perfume I bought was Sweet Dreams by ANNA SUI. I was 14 then. It's so funny that a 14 yrs old girl wears that one! What a mismatch!lol but yeah I still have it and I think it matches this grown up lady. :P haha
and ever since that time, my most favorite smell is vanilla. I feel like the smell of vanilla keeps giving me teenage spirit just as a 14 yrs old girl spraying Sweet Dreams for the first time in her life.

New Life

hello hello hello! yeah it's been so long.

i moved to Tokyo and started a new life!
this one of biggest cities in the world has been treating me so nice so far.
it has everything. latest music, fashion, food, and trends are always here.
my new job is going good so far as well.

well, the quake things are getting calm and people are trying to recover...
i still can't believe what happened. i'm from the north part of japan and i was scared.
good or bad, i was in the states at the moment but i was totally freaked out worrying about my fam and friends... thanks god, they were all safe.

anyways, i'm enjoying my life.


today is my good friend's birthday! so we went out for lunch with her bf. to our favorite restaurant Outback!lol
they served a cake for her for free! how nice!! we pretty much enjoyed it.
