Nite Out

clubbing is definitely one of my hobbies. it's just so exciting! not only dancing, feeling music, and drinking, getting prepared is of course a fun part of clubbing!
when i'm choosing what to wear and putting make up on, i feel so happy i'm a girl.

sooooo i went out at friday nite with friends. omg it was soooooo much fun! we went eating/drinking first, and then headed to Shibuya Harlem!
it was kinda wack. the DJs played ok songs... sometimes they played old school ones that i LOVE! like California Love/ 2pac but the ppl were so boring! they were just standing and drinking.
i hate japanese ppl not dancing at clubs... that is NOT cool at all! i wanna ask them "what u want from clubs then?"
so we went to Roppongi next. it was much better!!! when we were at my friend's friend's club(lol), the DJ ROCKED! he played Nas songs!!!!!!
i was like OMG!!!!!

we danced all night long literally and enjoyed the night a lot!!!

i can't stop clubbing cuz i'm so so so satisfied when feel music with my whole body! plus, drinking, dancing, and friends? isn't it awesome???

i'm actually going clubbing next weekend with my good friends from college and super excited!!

when i visited there 3 yrs ago, i was shocked. i didn't even wanna blink and just wanted to catch every single "face" of my lover, New York... i wanna go back... no, i wanna live and work there.

one of my fav aspects of NY is of course fashion. NY ppl are so stylish and i love their styles. well ppl say tokyo is stylish too but NY ppl have their own style. they don't copy other ppl's.
their outfits express themselves and i think that's the way fashion supposed to be.

last sunday i had a reunion with my old roomie back in the states days!!
we shared a dorm room for 6 months 2 years ago and still keep in touch. plus, i'm from north and she's from west and now we both live in tokyo!! isn't it great?
it's been 1 year and half since i met her last but we didn't feel like that. we just had a nice nice catch up and enjoyed our lunch.

since we are girls, u know what we talked about huh? GUYS of course!lol sadly, we both ended a relationship recently so we talked about that. and our conclusion is
"let's enjoy being single for a while!
guys are every where. there's no need to have only one steady guy right now.
if we get married, we can't do this so now is the time!"
that's it.

and, we both work now. i wanna build a career before marriage and so she does.
she even said "i don't wanna marry if i have to give up my current job."
i was like WOW GIRL! but that sounds cool. i know her feeling. for women, it's very hard to have marriage life and work at the same time. most of the cases, we have to choose which.
hmmm i don't know yet. it's so hard. but all i can say is i want my kids. putting aside the job things, that's is my goal for now.

anyways, it was such a good thanks to her. we gonna hang out again soon!

i love Katy Perry. she's def cute, attractive, sexy, so talented, and crazy in a good way. plus, she's got a perfect body! and i love her songs so much. every single one is cute and shows girls' feelings a lot.

i'm so happy that she's being happy with Russel Blunt. they r so cute together.


on the other hand, i broke up with my bf last nite! well i dumped him for many reasons.
i'm not gonna blame him or say anything bad about him at all.
it was def fun spending time with him and i really enjoyed it. i liked him a lot too.

but something was different. different from what i want now. so yeah i told him i wanna break up.
i'm not sad. i'm very positive.

i've never experienced any relationship like that because i'm so realistic.

but i wanna have that romantic one before i get married. hmm i don't wanna marry someone like that honestly cuz marriage is one of most realistic things for me. no sweet romance on marriage.

Sister Act 2

"Sister Act 2", the greatest and my most favorite movie ever.

I have been in love with music ever since I saw this movie for the first time. I still clearly remember when and where it was. I was 8 years old at my bestest friend's place then. I had a huge shock. It just made me fall in love with music.

Lauryn Hill was incredible in the movie and "Oh Happy Days" always gives me goose bumps.

Last night, I finally and finally bought the DVD. Can't believe it took 15 years!lol I didn't buy it cuz I've seen it like 100 times already. But I thought I would buy it and keep it by my side.

It's classic. No matter how many years pass, it'll be a true classic forever and ever.

Colorful

I love colorful things.
Purple, black, red, sky blue, shocking pink, white... I love simpleness so much but I think the best is when all the colors co-exist showing their own beauty.

So naturally, I get to have colorful things. Clothes, accessories, interior decorations...

I also have designed some posters. Of course they are colorful.lol My lover Mos Def's and the one with greatest talents, Lauryn Hill's.
I'm thinking of printing them out and hang on my wall. I'd love it.



Well, I think life is supposed to be colorful as well. There are "black times" or "blue times" but also there should be "yellow times," "green times," or "pink times."

Life is colorful. That's why it's beautiful.

U Don't Know My Name

Last Saturday, I had a fun adventure!

I was hanging out with my girl and we spent the whole time in girls talk :) We were totally in a "wanna-have-a-good-relationship" mood on the day.lol
Then we went into a bar to have some food and drink. And ACCIDENTALLY the bartender was super cute and my type!!!! I couldn't stop staring at him. He looked younger than me, maybe 22 or so? And he was just so cute! Nice smile, nice hair, nice body...lol

So I decided to do something I've never done. I wrote my number on a paper napkin and left it on the table. My friend and I were like "OH MY GOD!" hahaha
I felt like I was Alicia Keys in her music video, You Don't Know My Name. Well, her case is a little different but still! I feel the song a lot!

Well the pictures are not directly connected to this story but I thought Chanel Iman and her bf are so cute together. They seem always happy and look like a perfect couple. Hope I can have a relationship like them :)
